Picture-perfect bites of chocolate with marshmallows.
Some people make Church-Window Candy during the holidays, but I will always associate it with Easter because that’s when my mom would often make it. And, the pastel colors of the mini marshmallows make me think of spring.
Also known as Stained Glass or Cathedral Window Candy, you get the picture: this is a gorgeous treat and it couldn’t be easier to make. It can be a bit messy, which may be reason to call on the kids to help with rolling the chocolate and marshmallows into logs (or you could use use wax paper to shape the logs with less mess) before chilling and cutting the logs into the beautiful little bites that they are!
